| Resumo: | Costituendiol bene spirituale più prezioso, la fonte e l’apice di tutta la vita cristiana, l'Eucaristia gode di una particolare protezione penale in ambito canonico. La normativa in merito si è evoluta lungo il tempo, e nel nuovo libro VI del CIC ha raggiunto una sua sintesi. Il contributo presenta le diverse norme penali relative all’Eucaristia e offre uno sguardo sulla dottrina canonistica, portando esempi e sollevando questioni a beneficio di quanti amministrano e ricevono questo sacramento. Constituting the most precious spiritual good, as well as the font and apex of the whole Christian life, the Eucharist enjoys particular penal protection within the canonical context. The legislation in this regard has evolved over time and, in the new Book VI of the CIC, it has reached its synthesis. This article presents the various penal norms relating to the Eucharist and also offers a look at canonical doctrine, giving examples and raising questions for the benefit of those who administer and receive this sacrament. |
