Description
Summary:Our only novice started her canonical novitiate three months ago. Although she is a mature woman with good education and work experience, she is now exhibiting issues that did not surface in the admission process or in the prenovitiate stage. She is verbally abusive to the novice director. She refuses to open up and share during formation sessions, thus sabotaging the formation process. It seems to the general council that the canonical novitiate has been compromised. Short of dismissal, are there other ways that we might handle this abusive novice?
