He quickly ran into the sacristy and returned to the altar with unconsecrated hosts that he distributed to the people. Investigation determined that he did this knowingly, albeit under the mistaken belief that it was an acceptable solution in the situation. (2) If so, did this deli ct come under the category of the graviora delicta reserved to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith as mentioned in Article 3 §1, 3° of Sacramentorum sanctitatis tutela [SST]? |
