| Summary: | La costituzione apostolica sulla Curia Romana “Praedicate evangelium” (2022) raccoglie i cambiamenti apportati durante il pontificato di Papa Francesco alle istituzioni incaricate dell’amministrazione e della gestione del patrimonio necessario per portare avanti la missione della stessa Curia. Dopo una breve presentazione degli istituti previsti nella legge precedente sulla Curia e nella principale riforma apportata alla materia nel 2014 dal Romano Pontefice, lo studio procede con la descrizione delle competenze e dell’organizzazione delle Istituzioni denominate “Organismi economici” trattate nella settima parte della costituzione apostolica. Per concludere si fa cenno alla necessaria stewardship (corresponsabilità), portatrice di trasparenza e accountability, anche nella gestione dei beni della Curia. Apostolic Constitution “Praedicate evangelium” (2022) on the Roman Curia gathers together the changes introduced during the current Pontificate to the institutions established for the administration and management of the resources needed to carry out the mission of the Curia. The present article gives a brief summary of the organs foreseen in the previous law and of the main reform made by Pope Francis in 2014. It presents a description of the competences and organization of the “Institutions of Finance” as they appear in the Seventh Part of the Apostolic Constitution. The study concludes recalling stewardship as a bearer of transparency and accountability in managing the assets of the Roman Curia. |
