| Resumo: | It deals with a field of nullity already frequently put forward in the Courts and yet still little studied. In the first place, the phenomenon of internet-addition as well as the so-called cyber-sex for its greater relation with marriage is described. An analogy is established with addition to alcohol and drugs and the affective immaturity it conveys is analyzed at length. It can be affirmed that on occasions addiction to internet in its different forms incapacitates to give a valid marriage consent. Se trata de un capítulo de nulidad ya frecuentemente aducido en los Tribunales y, sin embargo, aún poco estudiado. En primer lugar, se describe detenidamente el fenómeno de la adicción a Internet y el denominado ciber-sexo, por su mayor conexión con el matrimonio. Se establece una analogía con la adicción al alcohol y las drogas y se analiza detenidamente la inmadurez afectiva que lleva consigo. Puede afirmarse que, en ocasiones, la adicción a Internet, en sus diversas modalidades, incapacitan para la prestación de un consentimiento matrimonial válido. |
