The reflection studies the context, the meaning and the purpose of this canon, comparing it with the previous and later legislation to reach a reasonable explanation of its possible application. Antes de admitir la demanda de nulidad, el juez debe intentar que los cónyuges convaliden su matrimonio y restablezcan la convivencia (can.1676). Se reflexiona sobre el contexto, la significación y la finalidad de este canon, comparándolo con la legislación precedente y posterior, para llegar a una explicación razonable de su posible aplicación. |
