| Σύνοψη: | In the regulation of the relative competence of ecclesiastical tribunals, canon law introduces the forum of the connection of cases, forum whose interpretation and application at ecclesiastical courts presents some interesting questions. This work studies the forum of connection of cases in the matrimonial proceedings, with special attention to the debated question about its necessity for the parties and the judge. En la regulación de la competencia judicial, el ordenamiento procesal canónico recoge, junto con los fueros de competencia relativa, el criterio de la conexión objetiva de causas, criterio cuya interpretación y aplicación en la praxis procesal plantea abundantes interrogantes doctrinales. En este trabajo, se estudia el fuero de la conexión de causas en el proceso canónico de nulidad matrimonial, prestando especial atención a la debatida cuestión de si la conexión tiene carácter obligatorio para las partes y para el juez. |
