| Σύνοψη: | The designation of Adolfo Suárez for presidency of Spanish Government in july of 1976 opened a new perspective of Catholic Church-State relations, sized till that time by a rigid confesionality who had been broken by a «basic» agreement in which it was determined the way to design bishops and lost of juridic immunity of Catholic Church in Spain. The main purpose of this article is making know the second phase of negotiation that turned to the definitive separation between Catholic Church and State in Spain, with aconfesionality as end of that process. El nombramiento de Adolfo Suárez para la presidencia del Gobierno español en julio de 1976 abrió una nueva perspectiva en las relaciones Iglesia-Estado, marcadas hasta ese momento por una rígida confesionalidad católica que había sido rota a través de un acuerdo «básico» en el que se determinaba la forma en que se nombraba a los obispos y la pérdida de la inmunidad jurídica de la Iglesia Católica en España. El objetivo de este artículo es conocer la segunda fase de la negociación que llevó a la definitiva separación Iglesia-Estado en España, con la aconfesionalidad como fin del proceso. |
