| Σύνοψη: | Il «Cammino sinodale» intrapreso dalla Chiesa in Germania costituisce un banco di prova per la sinodalità che si intende promuovere nella Chiesa. La nota esamina le osservazioni alla bozza di statuto del Cammino sinodale avanzate da Dicasteri della Curia Romana e il testo definitivo del medesimo statuto. Se dal punto di vista formale si puo ritenere ehe ora il Cammino sinodale risponda ai requisiti della struttura gerarchica della Chiesa, dal punto di vista sostanziale permane l'interrogativo sul significato, l'opportunità e le conseguenze di uno strumento che appare sotto molti aspetti nuovo. The "Synodal Way" undertaken by the Church in Germany is a test case for the kind of synodality to be promoted in the Church. The note examines the comments to the draft statute of the Synodal Way made by the Dicasteries of the Roman Curia and the final text of the statute itself. If from a formal point of view it can be considered that the Synodal Way now meets the requirements of the hierarchical structure of the Church, from a substantial point of view the question remains as to the meaning, appropriateness and consequences of an instrument that appears novel in many ways. |
