| Σύνοψη: | In data 24 maggio 2018 il Presidente della Conferenza Episcopale Italiana ha promulgato il Decreto generale approvaro dalla LXII assemblea generale dei Vescovi italiani, intitolato Disposizioni per la tutela del diritto alla buona fama e alla riservatezza. Il Decreto costituisce un aggiornamento di quello precedente promulgato il 20 ottobre 1999, al fine di consentire alla Chiesa cattolica in Italia di continuare ad applicare il proprio corpus di norme a tutela delle persone fisiche con riguardo al trattamento dei dati personali, in quanto completo e conforme al nuovo Regolamento europeo n. 2016/ 679, direttamente applicabile negli Stati membri dell'Unione europea a partire dal 25 maggio 2,018. Il contributo illustra gli aspetti più rilevanti del Decreto generale oggi in vigore, alla luce dei chiarimenti fomiti dall'Ufficio nazionale per i problemi giuridici della Conferenza Episcopale Italiana. On May 24, 2018, the President of the Italian Episcopal Conference promulgated the General Decree approved by the LXII General Assembly of Italian Bishops, entitled Dsposizioni per la tutela del diritto alla buona fama e alla riservatezza. The Decree is an update of the previous one promulgated on October 20, 1999, in order to allow the Catholic Church in Italy to continue to apply its own corpus of rules to protect natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as complete and complies with the new European Regulation n. 2016/ 679, directly applicable in the Member States of the European Union starting from May 25, 2018. The contribution illustrates the most relevant aspects of the General Decree in force today, in light of the clarifications provided by the National Office for juridical problems of the Italian Episcopal Conference. |
