Dall’analisi, risulta che la consuetudine dei popoli possiede caratteristiche che la avvicinano, in determinati casi, a quella canonica o possiede elementi che potrebbero consentire un’applicazione più adatta della legge universale alle situazioni delle Chiese particolari, donde l’idea di una sua purificazione in vista dell’inculturazione del diritto canonico o della sua canonizzazione. | ||
| 520 | |a This contribution is an introduction, from the perspective of canon law, to a subject that regards the customs of the people of Burkina Faso. It begins with a premise about canonical customs with a view to treating, in general way, those of the civil, with reference to specific issues. From the analysis, it’s concluded that the customs of the people have some characteristics, in determined cases, that bring them closer to the canonical or elements that could allow for a more suitable application of the universal law to the situations of the particular Churches, hence giving room to the idea of their purification in view of inculturation of canon law or their canonization. | ||
