Gli studi biblici, oltre a quelli autenticamente teologici, tuttavia, evidenziano in modo crescente la problematicità di ‘tali’ riferimenti.L’accurato studio del prof. Pitta sulla “giustificazione” nelle Lettere paoline costituisce un irrinunciabile strumento per accorgersi che la maggior parte dei riferimenti neotestamentari alla “dikaiosyne”, anche nella formula “giustizia di Dio”, vanno però in tutt’altra direzione.Per la Teologia del Diritto canonico si tratta di consapevolezze da acquisire con gra-titudine. “Justice” is one of the keywords of many canonists’ vocabulary, often solicited in this direction by only generic references to biblical language. Biblical studies, in addition to the authentically theological ones, however, increasingly highlight the problematic nature of ‘such’ references.The careful study of prof. Pitta on “justification” in the Pauline Epistles is an indispen-sable tool for realizing that most of the New Testament references to the “dikaiosyne”, even in the “God’s justice” formula, however, go to a completely different direction.As regards the Theology of Canon Law, this awareness is to be acquired with gratitude. |
