Описание
Итог:Canon 13 of the IV Lateran Council (1215) prohibits the doundation of a novae religio. The canon was incorporated in the Compilatio IV (1216-1217) under the chapter Ne nimia. In the same book, the third, and with the same rubric under the title "de religiosis domibus... e incipit, Ne nimia", the Canon became part of the Decretals of Gregory IX (1234). The authors have noted its obscure writing and failure, which did not hinder the establishment of new religions. Ne nimia is now understood against the background of the Corpus Iuris Canonici and its latent effect on the "new institutes" of simple vows with a superior general (1854-1900). The celebration of the eighth century Council (2015) has suggested to put together canon 13 and canon 605 of the Code of Canon Law (1983) about the new forms of consecrated life, with an imprecise theological and legal content
