He did not change the Ordo Synodi, but he made methodological changes, among wich a consultation of the faithful, whose results merged into the Instrumentum laboris. The consultation of the faithful ideed, fully correspondends to the nature of the Church, and so does the meeting of the Pastors, in order to seek advice and realize the necessary discernment für governing the Church itself |
