Descripción
Sumario:"Large distances separate the members of a group with whom a superior is required to consult, thereby making the convocation of a meeting of the group- where everyone is physically present- very difficult. On other occasions, while a quorum of the members can be physically present, not everyone can be physically present. Could electronic means of communication be used to allow those who cannot be physically present to participate and be present through these means, assuming of course that the electronic means allow the members to hear and interact with one another, and all documents and information are available to everyone participating?"
