| Итог: | In View of Drafting a Statute for Catechumenate: the normative Production of the Epicopal Conferences. The article aims to study the juridical figure of the catechumen with particular reference to the normative production of the Episcopal Conferences and in view of drafting a possible and organic statute of right and duties. After analyzing historical and pastoral reasons of Vatican II Council restorin a period of catechumenal preparation, the article analyzes sense and scope of this preparatory path and related formative and organizational problems. Related norms, which exemplify catechumens'rights und duties, are illsutrated, taking moreover into account the juridical experience of some Episcopal Conferences, mainly in territories dependent on the Congregation of Propaganda Fide. Lastly, possible guidelines to draft a juridical statute of catechumens are defined |
