Resumo:Raph and Ellen are both baptized Presbyterians. Ellen was previously married, but she obtained an annulment to be received into the full communion of the Catholic Church. THe pastor has convalidated the marriage of Ralph and Ellen before Ellen's being received into the Church, that is, the convalidation took place while both were Presbyterians. Does the pastor have jurisdiction for such a convalidation? Was it valid?
