The contribution highlights the peculiarities of this Institute, through the historical analysis and the legal rules, which have contributed to qualify its complex juridical nature over time, from the 1942 Statute of Pius XII to the most recent regulatory intervention of the reigning Pontiff, animated by concern to confirm and increase the adherence of the Institute to its original mission of religion and charity. |
