Summary: | Abstract: Responsibility has always constituted a central theme in considering juridical persons. The profiles of this institution are multiple and have been the object of renewed scholarly interest in the last decade. On the one hand, the issue has been studied from the viewpoint of repair of damages in the Church’s legal order as it concerns administrative responsibility of the entity; on the other hand, from a mainly interdisciplinary standpoint, the issue is studied with reference to the application of the principle of objective responsibility of ecclesiastical institutions toward the misconducts of priests. |
