Si indaga sul valore giuridico di un tale decreto generale esecutivo soprattutto in riferimento ai Regolamenti nazionali per la formazione sacerdotale voluti da un preciso mandato conciliare. È necessario un continuo aggiornamento dei regolamenti nazionali per promuovere una propsta formativa adeguata alle esigenze conciliari di un clero missionario. The publication, in December 2016, of the third post conciliar edition of the Ratio Fundamentalis Institutionis Sacerdotalis, revised in ist language and arrangement, offers an opportunity to retrace the origins of this document. The author investigates the juridical value of such a general executory decree, especially with reference to the Regolamenti nazionali per la formazione sacredotale (National Program of Priestly Formation) specifically desired by conciliar mandate. A continuous updating of national programs is necessary to promote a formation program that meets the conciliar demands for a missionary clergy |
