Description
Summary:The lack of harmonization or contradiction enters the right the establishment of the own character of the catholic school and the respect to the rights and liberties guaranteed in the Constitution, expecially the freedom of brings back to consciousness finds its clearer example in the problematic one derived from the possible obligatory character of the class of religion like projection of the own character of the catholic school. Considering the own character from the horizon of the freedom of religion and education, it can be maintained that the obligatory nature of the calss of religion in the catholic school is not incompatible with the freedom of brings back to consciousness for three fundamental reasons. First when the education of the scholasitc religion, like academic discipline, does not entail the exigency of an unavoidable adhesion to the postulates of the same. Second, inasmuch as the free and conscious exercise of the right of election of center in favor of the catholic school - within the framework of a real plurality - and consequently the adhesion to its educative project, entails the direction necessarily and projection of the freedom of brings back to consciousness in sequence to its postulates. Third, inasmuch as to admit the opposite it would suppose to deprive of real content the right to the own character, preventing to the catholic school to fulfill its mission connected with the church and undressing it of its own identity, with the consequent bankruptcy of the two liberties in game
