Alla luce delle costituzioni apostoliche Praedicate evangelium e In Ecclesiarum communione, l’articolo cerca di studiare le figure giuridiche del vicario generale ed episcopale, prendendo particolarmente in considerazione la dimensione pastorale dei loro uffici. Si mette in luce come essi possano essere aggiornati affinché rispondano meglio all’appello di papa Francesco alla conversione pastorale e missionaria delle strutture gerarchiche della Chiesa per una più efficace evangelizzazione nel mondo. |
