| Resumo: | The contribution aims to analyze the arrangements between the Holy See and various states in relation to regulations concerning places of worship. The Italian agreements of 1984 will be taken as a reference, which can be considered the prototype of postconciliar conventiones. The purpose is not to provide a complete and detailed account of the regulation of the aforementioned sacred places but rather to identify the trend lines of concordat practice on the subject, highlighting its eventual evolution. |
