In the second part the author explores, for the first time, the concept of publica auctoritas universalis in the "Gaudium et Spes" and in the thought of the Roman Pontiffs, from John XIII to Pope Francis. In the background the Orthodox doctrine of the "Third Rome" and the substantial differences between law and prophecy. |
