A tal fine occorre elaborare prassi e strutture sinodali che, superando il binomio «consigliare - deliberare», recepiscano la dinamica del «tutti», «alcuni», «uno». La prassi della consultazione del popolo di Dio, ora riservata a momenti straordinari (come la preparazione del sinodo diocesano) deve entrare nell'ordinarietà della vita diocesana predisponendo anche strumenti giuridici adeguati (per es. un regolamento). Il compito dei consigli diocesani va poi ripensato nell'ottica di «alcuni» che interloquiscono sia con il «tutti» che con l'«uno». Anche l'esercizio dell'autorità del vescovo, che e chiamato a prendere la decisione finale, non va isolata dalla consultazione di «tutti» e dal contributo di «alcuni»: il suo obiettivo, quale garante del processo sinodale, e costruire un consenso quanto piu condiviso. Il sinodo diocesano va visto come modello esemplare per la sinodalità della Chiesa particolare. L'articolo si conclude offrendo un esempio di un processo decisionale di stile sinodale in una diocesi. | ||
| 520 | |a The particular Church is the privileged sphere for living synodality. To this purpuse, it is necessary to develop synodal practices and structures which going beyond the binomial «advice - deliberate», incorporate the dynamics of «all», «some», «one». The praxis of consulting the people of God, now reserved for extraordinary moments (such as the preparation of the diocesan synod) must become an ordinary part of diocesan life, which entails also preparing adequate juridical instruments (e.g: Norms). The task of diocesan councils must then be reconsidered from the perspective of «some» who interact with both «all» and «one». Even the exercise of the authority of the bishop, who is called to make the final decision, should not be isolated from the consultation of «all» and the contribution of «some»: his goal, as guarantor of the synodal process, is to build a consensus that is as shared as possible. The diocesan synod should be seen as an exemplary model for synodality of the particular Church. The article concludes by offering an example of a decision-making process of synodal style in a diocese.. | ||
