Whakarāpopototanga: | Counter-terrorism criminal law : a perennial ‘probation’ for religious freedom · The recent draft law on the prevention of radicalization brings back to the fore the reflections, also from a Law and Religion perspective, on the Counter-Terrorism legal arsenal with which our legal system has equipped itself over the last twenty years. In fact, the new crime of ‘possession of material for the purpose of terrorism’, whose introduction is proposed, makes it necessary to assess once again, also by means of a comparison with the Spanish legal system, possible criminalization of conduct exercising Religious Freedom. |
