Y la homilía es uno de los medios que más influencia pueda tener –junto con las diversas catequesis– en la transmisión de la fe, por lo que es necesaria una adecuada regulación de los contenidos y los sujetos encargados de exponerla. Este trabajo se centra en los sujetos hábiles para predicar la homilía en la regulación actual. Partiendo del concepto de homilía en el Concilio Vaticano II, se distingue entre la homilía predicada dentro de la celebración de la Misa –reservada al sacerdote o diácono– de la homilía fuera de dicha celebración. En este último caso interesa –a la luz de que es justo en la Iglesia– dilucidar quiénes son los sujetos que están obligados y a los que se les permite predicarla, según unas condiciones y en ocasiones según lugares. | ||
