| Résumé: | The theological principle of synodality resonates strongly in the contemporary church and has received an impulse in Pope Francis’s pontificate. The synodality has a structural relevance not only in terms of the episcopal organism, but also on the participation of the faithful in the colleges of the ecclesiastical organization. In this article the author studies some consequences of the synodality in Canon law, from the discussions of a recent seminar organized by the General Secretariat of the Synod of Bishops in Rome. El principio teológico de la sinodalidad resuena con fuerza en la Iglesia contemporánea y ha recibido un impulso en el pontificado del papa Francisco. La sinodalidad tiene una relevancia estructural, no solo por lo que se refiere a los organismos episcopales, sino también respecto a la participación de los fieles en los colegios de la organización eclesiástica. En este artículo se estudian algunas consecuencias de la sinodalidad en el derecho canónico, a partir de las discusiones de un reciente seminario organizado por la secretaría del Sínodo de los obispos en Roma. |
