| Résumé: | The present work, to better understand the functioning of the ecclesiastical courts, encloses some reflections on the latest statistical data provided by the Spanish Episcopal Conference. For that purpose, the most significant data has been selected, including the whole number of procedures submitted, the court decisions accepting the nullity of marriage and their causes, as well as their economic costs and their duration. Ante el desconocimiento de la labor de los Tribunales de la Iglesia, se hace una reflexión sobre los datos aportados en las últimas estadísticas publicadas por la Conferencia Episcopal Española. De ellas se toman los datos más significativos sobre el número total de causas presentadas, las sentencias favorables a la nulidad y los capítulos en los que se fundamentan, así como sobre el coste económico y duración de los procesos. |
