The normative text is studied, in particular regarding whether the Parliament’s new resolution may imply a change of direction in European law and jurisprudence, as well as the influence that the definition of abortion as a fundamental right may entail in relation to the future jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights, and the scope for action available to Member States. |
