| Whakarāpopototanga: | Il contributo illustra che cosa sia la “norma missionis” che gli autori della Pontificia Università Lateranense stanno utilizzando da qualche anno come sintesi e prospettiva sia della Canonistica che dello stesso Diritto canonico in tutte le sue espressioni più significative.La riflessione accompagna il passaggio concettuale e giuridico dalla “missio” alla “norma missionis” attraverso un approccio di carattere sostanzialmente costituzionalistico. La norma missionis viene, poi, rapportata alla salus animarum, per giungere ad una prima formalizzazione del concetto di norma missionis quale “principio meta-costituzionale” dell’Ordinamento canonico. In chiusura si offre qualche cenno sulla nascita ed evoluzione del concetto ed i suoi primi utilizzi in campo dottrinale. This essay illustrates what the “norma missionis” is, i.e. a concept that the Pontifical Lateran University authors have been using for some years as a synthesis and perspective of both the Science of Canon Law (Canonistic) and Canon Law itself, in all its most significant expressions.This consideration accompanies the conceptual and legal transition from the “missio”to the “norma missionis” through a substantially constitutional approach.The norma missionis is then compared to the salus animarum in order to arrive at a first formalization of the concept of norma missionis as the “meta-constitutional principle” of the Canonical Order. In conclusion, a brief mention is given to the birth and evolution of this concept and its first uses in the doctrinal field. |
