| Summary: | Il 15 ottobre 2020, Papa Francesco ha rilanciato l’urgente bisogno di un Patto Educativo Globale. Lo ha chiamato così perché deve coinvolgere tutte le nazioni e dovrebbe coinvolgere tutti i soggetti – famiglie, scuole, giovani e ragazzi, governi e religioni – nel processo educativo integrale. In questo Patto Educativo Globale, Papa Francesco indica quali dovrebbero essere i capisaldi di questo Patto. Di fronte a questa sfida, nell’articolo si presentano alcune domande alle quali si tenta di dare risposta da una prospettiva ecclesiale che non tenga solo conto della normativa canonica, ma che sia giuridica nel senso più profondo, come quello che, come un vero diritto/dovere, i genitori cristiani devono avere nei confronti del processo educativo dei figli, vale a dire, nella determinazione del giusto nell’educazione della prole, che spessissimo hanno delegato completamente alla Chiesa e alla scuola sin dalla più tenera età dei figli. Per riuscire in questo intento, non bastano le norme scritte, ma ci vuole un ulteriore sviluppo del diritto canonico della famiglia come scienza e come ordinamento sistematico. On 15th October 2020, Pope Francis relaunched the urgent need for a Global Pact on Education. He called it so because it must involve all nations and should involve all actors – families, schools, youth and children, governments and religions – in the integral educational process. In this Global Pact on Education, Pope Francis indicates what the cornerstones of this pact should be. Faced with this challenge, the article presents some questions to which an try to give an answer from an ecclesial perspective that is juridical in the deepest sense, such as that which, as a true right/duty, Christian parents must have with regard to the educational process of their children, that is to say, in the determination of what is “Iustum” in the education of their offspring, which they have often delegated completely to the Church and the school from the earliest age of their children. In order to succeed in this, written norms are not enough, but further development of canon law of the family as a science and as a systematic order is needed. |
