| Résumé: | Faced with the evident interest of Pope Francis to place the practice of the Sacrament of Penance and Reconciliation at the Jubilee of Mercy, the author presents some of the Pope's most representative texts about attitude of confessors, the ministers of this sacrament. To the light of these texts the author makes a reflective reading of the current canonical regulations and points to some pastoral suggestions as a modest contribution to help in order that the Pope's wishes become a relity also in the canonical aspects |
