Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:"Sunday Mass in the chapel of a religious house has been attended by members of the general Catholic public for more than thirty years. There was no permission given; neither has the diocesan bishop ever referred to it. The house is an established house and the chapel is canonically an oratory (cc. 608 and 1223 ). The present pastor is not happy with the situation. Having introduced a new Massschedule for the parish, he believes the continuation of the Mass in the religious house will divide the parish community and he has asked the bishop to require that it be discontinued. The local Catholics do not see this as just or desirable."
