Visiting priest and permission to concelebrate mass: Canon 903
I am a pastor here in the diocese. A priest unknown to me, from another diocese, has presented himself to me, asking permission to concelebrate Sunday Mass. What are my rights as pastor? Must I allow this visiting priest to concelebrate?
