Resumo:Is it necessary in the documentation of a sanation petition to have the petitioner sign a document of acceptance in order for the sanation to take effect, or is the decree of the ordinary sufficient? Also, is it necessary in the documents to have the petitioner complete a questionnaire that deals with the faith history of the spouse, the children of the marriage, and that the petitioner recognizes that the marriage is invalid in the eyes of the Church?
