Später wurde er wieder mit der Kirche versöhnt. Durch sein Verhalten hatte er sich die Strafe der Exkommunikation latae sententiae zugezogen, die aber niemals ausgesprochen wurde. Da dieser Mann nun ins Priesterseminar eintreten will, wird eine Dispens von der Irregularität vom apostolischen Stuhl ersucht.
