| Riepilogo: | The contribution aims at offering a synthetic prospect, of practical character, mainly at the service of tasks which are assigned to the diocesan curia in ist relationship with requests for ecclesial acknowledgement of associations of the faithful. Attention is placed firstly on a careful reconsturction of the various typology of forms of aggregation that could merge from a canonical legal setup, in aid of necessary clarification on requests that could require the attention of the bishop. There follows one distinct consideration: what is meant, in canon law, by agnitio (can. 299 § 3) of an association; the acts for the bestowal of a private legal personality; the erection of a public association (with reference to the issue of ist eventual civil acknowledgement). Finally there are presented several terms of compariosn for the recognitio (can 299 § 3) or the approbatio (cann. 314 and 322 § 2) of the statutes. |
