Vaticanums auf der einen Seite und auf die Grundrechtsgedanken auf der anderen, wie sie im geltenden kirchlichen Gesetzbuch von 1983 vor allem in c. 212 ń 3 herausgearbeitet werden. Im Vorfeld wurde im Kommunikationsdekret des II. Vaticanums (Inter mirifica) zum ersten Mal darauf hingedeutet, dass das Informationsrecht in der Gesellschaft gefordert und gefördert werden muss. Was dieses Recht im kirchlichen Raum angeht, wird in diesem Buch untersucht. Es geht also hauptsächlich um den innerkirchlichen Dialog, um den rechtzeitigen und vollständigen innerkirchlichen Informationsaustausch und eine ausgeglichene innerkirchliche Kommunikation, damit die Gläubigen ihren Beitrag zum Wohl der Kirche beitragen können. Darüber hinaus beruft sich die Forderung nach dem Informationsrecht auf die Grundrechte in der Kirche, die aus der gemeinsamen Taufe entstehen und die ihren Niederschlag auch in der kirchlichen Gesetzgebung des geltenden Gesetzbuches gefunden haben. Diesen Grundrechten liegen der Begriff "Volk Gottes", die "fundamentale Gleichheit aller Gläubigen" und die Freiheit der Meinungsäußerung zugrunde. | ||
